1. Who is responsible

Silver Arrow Wealth Management SA (“Silver Arrow”, “we”, “us”), 2 Blvd. du Théâtre, 1204 Geneva, Switzerland, is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. For any question about data protection, write to info@sawm.ch.

This policy covers this website and enquiries made through it. If you are or become a client, the handling of your data under that relationship is described in your client documentation.

2. Data we collect

  • Contact form. Your name, your email address, the content of your message and the confirmation that you accepted our terms.
  • Technical data. When you load a page, our hosting provider (Netlify) processes your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested and information sent by your browser (such as its type and language) in order to deliver the website and keep it secure.
  • Website usage. If you accept analytics in our cookie banner, Fathom Analytics (usefathom.com) measures how visitors use this site in aggregate. Fathom does not use cookies, does not store IP addresses and does not profile you for marketing.
  • Direct contact. If you call or email us, the details you give us.

We do not use advertising or social media trackers on this website.

3. Why we use it

  • to answer your enquiry and, if you wish, to prepare a business relationship;
  • to show you the interactive map of our office and remember your display preferences;
  • to operate, secure and maintain the website, and to protect the contact form against abuse;
  • with your consent, to measure anonymous, aggregated traffic so we can improve the website (without building individual marketing profiles);
  • to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies, we rely on our legitimate interests in running the website and answering enquiries, on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, on legal obligations that apply to us, and on your consent for analytics. You can withdraw your consent at any time, as described in our Cookies Policy.

4. Service providers

We use carefully selected providers who process data on our behalf or when their services are loaded:

  • Netlify (netlify.com) hosts and delivers the website and processes technical access data in that role.
  • UseBasin (usebasin.com) receives and stores contact form submissions on our behalf and forwards them to us.
  • Fathom Analytics (usefathom.com) provides cookie-free website analytics for us, only if you accept analytics.
  • Google reCAPTCHA (Google) protects the contact form against automated submissions and receives technical data about your browser and device when the contact page is shown.
  • Mapbox (mapbox.com) provides the interactive map of our office and receives technical data such as your IP address and anonymous usage events when the map loads.
  • Sanity (sanity.io) stores the articles and images of our Insights and delivers the images from its servers, which receive your IP address in doing so.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

5. Transfers abroad

Some of these providers are located in, or may process data in, countries outside Switzerland and the European Economic Area, including the United States. Where a country does not offer an adequate level of data protection, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as recognised standard contractual clauses or an applicable data privacy framework.

6. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only for as long as the purposes above require. Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted once they have been dealt with and are no longer needed. Data we are required to retain by law is kept for the statutory period.

7. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. Please note that messages sent through the contact form or by ordinary email travel over open networks; do not use them for confidential information.

8. Your rights

Subject to the applicable law, you may ask us for access to your personal data, for its correction or deletion, for the restriction of its processing, or for a copy in a common electronic format, and you may object to its processing. To exercise these rights, write to info@sawm.ch. We may ask you to prove your identity.

You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority. In Switzerland this is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

9. Cookies

We do not use advertising, marketing or social media cookies. A banner asks for your consent to analytics on your first visit; analytics only runs if you accept. The full list is in ourCookies Policy. In short:

  • Strictly necessary — a cookie that remembers your consent choice, a session entry for the Asset Management access check, and the Google reCAPTCHA cookie on the contact page.
  • Functional — local storage for your light or dark display choice, and Mapbox’s local storage and browser cache for the office map.
  • Analytics — Fathom Analytics, which uses no cookies and loads only with your consent.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; if you do, the contact form or map may not work as intended. You can still reach us by phone or email.

We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page applies.
