1. What this policy covers

This policy explains how Silver Arrow Wealth Management SA (“Silver Arrow”, “we”, “us”), 2 Blvd. du Théâtre, 1204 Geneva, Switzerland, uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit this website. It should be read together with ourPrivacy Policy.

2. What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage and session storage, which let a website keep small pieces of information in your browser, and the browser cache, which keeps copies of files so pages load faster. In this policy, “cookies” covers all of these.

3. Your consent

When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics. Strictly necessary and functional technologies are always active, because the website cannot work properly without them. Analytics only runs if you choose “Accept all”; if you choose “Reject non-essential”, it is never loaded.

  • Consent choice — cookie Analytics_Cookies, set by us. Remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics. Kept for 180 days.
  • Asset Management access check — session storage sawm-am-access, set by us. Remembers that you confirmed the regulatory access questions on the Asset Management page, so you are not asked again on every visit to it. Deleted when you close the browser tab.
  • Google reCAPTCHA (Google) — cookie _GRECAPTCHA, on the contact page only. Protects the contact form against spam and automated abuse. Kept for up to 6 months. When the form is shown, Google may also read cookies it has already set in your browser. SeeGoogle’s Privacy Policy.
  • UseBasin (usebasin.com) — on the contact page only. Its script sends your message to Basin, which delivers it to us, and loads Google reCAPTCHA for spam protection.

5. Functional

  • Colour scheme — local storage sa-color-scheme, set by us. Remembers whether you switched the website to its light or dark version. Kept until you clear your browser’s storage.
  • Mapbox (mapbox.com) — the interactive map of our office near the bottom of most pages. Mapbox does not set cookies here. It keeps an anonymous usage identifier in local storage (mapbox.eventData), stores map tiles in the browser cache, and sends Mapbox technical usage events so it can count map loads. 6. Analytics (only with your consent)

  • Fathom Analytics (usefathom.com) — measures anonymous, aggregated traffic, such as which pages are visited and from which websites visitors arrive, so we can improve this website. Fathom does not use cookies, does not store IP addresses and does not follow you across other websites. It is loaded only after you choose “Accept all”.

7. Hosting

Our hosting provider, Netlify (netlify.com), delivers the website and does not set cookies on it. It processes technical access data, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Managing cookies in your browser

You can also block or delete cookies and stored data through your browser settings. Rejecting analytics does not affect how the website works. Blocking strictly necessary or functional technologies may stop the contact form or the map from working; you can still reach us by phone oremail.
