Ryan McLaughlin
Chairman
Ryan McLaughlin is Chairman of the Board of Silver Arrow Wealth Management and the founder of Welara, working between Geneva and New York. He began his career in New York in the 1990s as an FX market maker. In 1998, he moved to London and co-founded Rhicon Currency Management, which raised $1 billion and where he led a team of 18 across London and Singapore. After leaving the hedge fund industry in 2011, he became Head Treasurer of a private bank in Geneva. In 2015, he joined the Gelber Group in Chicago as an FX portfolio manager, before moving into digital assets in 2021 at Peregrine Digital, a firm backed by Mubadala's Abu Dhabi Catalyst Partners.

Jorge Voto-Bernales is the founder and CEO of Silver Arrow Wealth Management. Raised in a diplomatic family, he grew up in several countries before settling in Switzerland. There he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and Finance from International University in Geneva. He began his career in private banking at ING Group, working between Geneva and New York for five years until the group sold the business unit. He then spent 10 years at Gonet & Cie, where he developed the Latin American market in-house. In 2021, he founded Silver Arrow Wealth Management in Geneva, obtained its asset management license from FINMA, and has led the firm as CEO ever since.

Jorge Voto-Bernales is the founder and CEO of Silver Arrow Wealth Management. Raised in a diplomatic family, he grew up in several countries before settling in Switzerland. Julien Dif

Julien Dif is the Chief Compliance Officer of Silver Arrow Wealth Management. A lawyer admitted to the Geneva and Luxembourg bars, he has spent more than two decades advising private clients, entrepreneurs, families, and financial institutions on international wealth planning and cross-border structures. After studying law in London, Paris, and Nice, he built his practice at several international law firms, including 10 years as a partner at Bonnard Lawson, before founding The Governance Law Firm in Geneva in 2022. His work centers on investment funds, family offices, trusts, and foundations, and he regularly advises on matters involving FINMA and the Luxembourg CSSF. As a Registered Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP), he focuses in particular on succession planning and the long-term preservation of family wealth.
George Pal
CIO
George Pal is the Chief Investment Officer of Silver Arrow Wealth Management. He is a Swiss investment executive with extensive experience in global financial markets, asset management, and alternative investments. He began his career as a fixed-income trader at HSBC, specializing in international bond, interest rate, and credit markets. He then spent 12 years managing a total-return fixed-income fund, overseeing investment strategy, capital allocation, and risk management across multiple market cycles. He also chairs the Board of Directors of OakHill Asset Management SA, a Geneva-based, FINMA-supervised independent asset manager. He is active in Bridgeline Capital Ventures as well, a Luxembourg-based platform investing in private equity, venture capital, technology, digital infrastructure, real estate, and specialized financing.
